Return & Exchange Basics
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Based on the nature of certain products in our collection, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

- Beer Steins (due to food safety regulations)

- Door Mats (once used, cannot be resold)
- Opened DVDs and unsealed Electronics
- Personalized or custom-made items
All other items including Accessories, Badges, Bags & Backpacks, Beach Towels, Blankets, Books, Calendars, Clothing, Coffee Mugs, Collectibles, Cufflinks, Drinkware, Flags, and Funko Pop figures are eligible for return or exchange within the specified timeframe.

Once we receive and process your return:
